We were asked to work on a legacy publication for Hodder & Stoughton to honour the remarkable history of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay – a small dining room in Chelsea, opened over 25 years ago, awarded three Michelin stars for the past 22 years.
Restaurant Gordon Ramsay: A Story of Excellence reflects on what it takes to consistently maintain the highest standards of culinary brilliance. The book structures signature recipes into seasonal chapters. We worked closely with photographer John Carey and Head Chef Matt Ade on art direction. As a means to interrupt the flow of recipes and help contextualise their legacy we interspersed personal stories of the Restaurant’s eventful history.
